  3. Its funny the first thing you say is bending to lean over the sink because thats exactly how i completely threw out my back after a few years of medium pain.

  5. Hey Doc. Thanks for your videos. I have a situation going on with a nerve on the top of my right foot. I noticed a few weeks ago when I woke up that the toe next to my big toe was numb. That happened every morning for a few days. I then noticed while stretching that as I rubbed my hand over the top of my foot it would feel like my nerve would move. This still happens and I'm unsure what the issue may be. Would you happen to know what could be the problem?

  6. Hi doc, so am I not supposed to bend the lower back forward ever? I'm confused as the advice is conflicting, I have a bulging disc and all the physios have said to me its fine to bend the lower back forward as long as it's not under load otherwise it will become stiff
