  1. I notice in the video that your thighs are fully supported by the seat bottom cushion. I'm finding that all too many new sedans and SUVs have very short driver's seat bottom cushions – sometimes supporting only about half of the thighs. I find these seats terribly uncomfortable.

  3. Making use of it finally eliminates the terrible feeling of sciatica pain and the stress it gives on my back. Searching the net is an excellent approach to know more about the “Kenzαnο αyb” (Google it) back pain guidebook. This performs good for side or back sleeping, for between or under the knees. Helps my hip pain and it`s relaxing.

  4. Just drove 5 hours from Cali today and felt tightness on my lower back same as on my right leg. That lumbar support seems to be working and ease the tingling pain. Very helpful video.

  5. This back pain guide called “Kenzαnο αyb” (Google it) has treated by back problems. That`s really a great deal for me since I have been working with many, several guidelines and my back still very painful after each a different one. I had been shocked my back was better. This may be just the ultimate solution to my trouble! .

If this is your First time doing this or anything really..You're most likely to NOT be able to do this exactly the way she is, ( 7wow.cc/4fox ) But remember she's been at it a while, take your time learn the moves and work at them to the best of your ability, before you know you will be doing it just fine

    Are these tips also good to avoid a hip flexor muscle strain?
    I heard that too much driving with bad legs position might put pressure on the hip flexor

  12. Great video and advice. I thought it was my varicose veins bothering me when I drove but I’ve had them treated over the last year. I remembered when I was diagnosed with a degenerative disc and compressed spine, I was told I had sciatica that ran down my left leg. The sciatica pain is exacerbated by lifting heavy objects which my job entails, lifting wooden pallets throughout the day in excess of 50lbs aggravate my back and in turn my sciatica, which has been hindering my driving ability to a large extent. I just found this video today and plan on using some of the tips you spoke of to help alleviate my symptoms. Thanks so much!

  14. I only have pain in my right hip and it just started up again after having to start driving again.

    Do you have any suggestions of what I should do. I do have a history of herniated disc of up to 7 millimeters on my left and 4 millimeters on my right that was diagnosed eight years ago. My activity level has increased greatly over the last year but I was taking the bus and having to walk a lot. Now that my schedule has been changed I had to start driving again and all the sudden all the pain came back just in my right hip

What do I do when I have a base SUV .  I'm the second owner, not knowing that the dip in the seat to the back support is what causes all the pain.  Any suggestion.  Also I do have a foam roll that I will use but my butt needs to be a lot higher.  I bought a 3" seat cushion but it does not lift your tailbone up.  Do you have any suggestions?  I will be going on a four hour drive in January 2019.  Please help with any suggestions if you can, so much appreciated.

  16. I have 4 herniated discs. the only thing that relieves my pain when driving is the Build-a-Posture cushion sets. I can drive for hours at a time with this cushion set and not feel pain.

  17. I had been going through low back pain while attempting to sleep at nighttime. I really feel that my hips will go out of placement when I sleep on my side. Using this particular back discomfort guide book, "Kemzαnο Loni" (Google it) it is executed the secret to success. I can now have enough sleep again now that my back discomfort is fully gone..
