  3. I was encountering low back pain whilst attempting to sleep during the night. I love to rest on my side and this was tossing my hips out of position. I never experienced this kind of situation again when I discovered about this particular back pain guide called “fonon fetching site” (Google it). I can now sleep well once again given that my back pain is gone..

  10. AVOID this flexion generating exercise at all costs as it will absolutely worsen your herniated disc. This is dangerous and ill-informed advice. Please remove this damaging video.

  18. I have a bulge in L1,L2 that bulges to the. It causes numbness in left leg other thigh. I also have a bulge in L5,S1. it bulges straight back away from my body. now I have done 9 weeks of Physical therapy which has been helpful. after 3 yrs I am back to normal functions with exception of running and lifting over 5lbs.

    would the techniques you showed be safe for me on a yoga ball?
