  1. This is great, I have an exam in an hour’s time and it could be this particular exercise. Thank you very much for this, however, just for the physio’s among us (inc students like me), it may be even better if you could include some anatomical explanation as to what is going on, and why it is being done. Just as example, I was asked in a previous exam about the pain gate theory, if you could create a vid which includes this theory in specific physio related treatment/exercises, it would amazing.
