  4. My experience : I had same problem after waking for 2 minutes the pain used to start and keeps increasing and by 3/4 minutes it used to be unbearable and I have to sit. I eat black seeds (kalongi) and also boiled black seedslike tea and drank, I tried yoga and back exercises daily 3 times…in 20 days I became normal.

  13. Had it about 1,weeks now keep taken pain killers when l am in pain .after that ways off the pain come bk .I need to know it will go away for ever as I can't be off work too long .I have 2small childrens

  20. I recently took naproxen and it worked. Ive been a victim of sciatica since 2012. Ive tried everything. Pain killers, epidural shot, stretching, and massages. None of it worked. It feels good to finally have relief
