DAY 2 - Setting up your home space

Considerations: quiet, private, and a comfortable temperature. Maybe light a candle, use your aroma-mister, and play your favourite relaxation music quietly in the background. Check out the Length'N Strength'N playlist on the backhealer.com website.

Things you'll need:

  • A sticky mat or rug.
  • Backhealer ball set - can be ordered online through backhealer.com   (If you don’t have them yet, you can use a pool noodle, tennis ball, or a rolled-up towel.)
  • An exercise strap (If you don’t have a yoga strap, find a rope, a scarf, an old tie or belt, anything long and thin will do.)
  • A blanket (for savasana.)
  • A bolster (If you don’t have one grab a pillow, cushion, or folded up blanket.)
