My go-to “spaghetti” dinner. Whip up in less than an hour. Spaghetti squash is a great alternative to pasta. It's full of vitamins, antioxidants and fibre. Top the squash with arugula before adding the sauce and garnish of fresh parsley or basil and some pecorino cheese.
