DAY 10. Noticing.

For those who started with us on Day 1, you may be noticing some changes?

Your body may feel more open and some of the stiffness is releasing. Having a regular practice can be exciting. If you're a beginner or have had an injury continue with a gentler approach. Continue with the basics, spend time noticing your new body sensations, use props like bolsters and pillows if needed, and go slowly. Create a foundation of lifelong agility for body, mind, and spirit.

Ball tips:
  • Having a warm bath or using a heating pad before doing myofascial release can relax the muscles first.
  • Although having a firm surface is best, you can also use the ball when you're in your bed, on the sofa, or on a chair.
