Hamstrings
If the hamstrings are always tight, they'll pull on the pelvis and tip it backward.
This puts a lot of tension on the muscles in the lower back.
Chronically tightened hamstrings may cause the low back to round making it more difficult to forward bend.

LISTEN to your body. Hamstrings take awhile as they shorten when we sit alot.
Go slow
Learn the breathing.
Practice daily even if for a short time.
Concentrate on the myofascial release parts of the class if you are in pain.
